7 to 10 days Return policy
Nunuapepe online shopping will be happy to refund or replace an item if a customer is not completely satisfied with the item. The customer has a 7-10 days free window to return the item. If the item is returned, it should be at its original box/package unused and at the customer own expenses. 10% of the original cost of the item will be deducted as an administration fees for handling with the item. If the item appears to have been used, there will be further deductions from the original cost or the item will be returned to the customer and be informed that her/his rights are declined for disobeying the return policy. On the other hand, if the customer has made an order and pay for an item which is not available, a full refund will be paid to the customer but be aware that a transaction fees may be applied by (banks, money transfer companies) as they are the Third Part, it will be difficult for us to control them. Also a full refund to the customer (regardless of the banks and money transfer companies) will be given if the customer has received a wrong item.
Underwears, Jewelleries, Cosmetic items, Earings, Matresses and Fabric furniture will not be refunded for hygienic reasons. Please, ask as many questions as you can regarding an item you are interested for confirmation before ordering to be sure that you are receiving the right items. Payment policy and procedure
Nunuapepe online shopping is based in the UK. The shopping items are initiated in the UK and being viewed Worldwide but mainly directed to Tanzanian customers. The customer can either choose to pay in currencies provided for an order in British £,USA $, Euro and Tanzania shilling. If you pay in Tanzania shilling, please use the provided account found at nunuapepe online shopping. In additional, you can use Tigo, Mpesa and Western Union but you must contact our representatives for confirmation in Tanzania. If you are interested in paying in British £,USA $ and Euro, you can either use Western Union, PayPal, Halifax bank and Santander Bank, please email at Nunuapepe online shopping and tell them the method of your payment.The confirmation of the stock availability will be affirmed first by an email from nunuapepe online shopping. Please, DO NOT pay/transfer your money until you have been informed back if the stock is available waiting for you to make an order. Shipping policy and procedure
Once the payment of the order confirmed, nunuapepe online shopping will immediately ship the products to Tanzania with an expected dates of the arrival. The shipping to Tanzania from UK can take from 10 to 30 days by air freight shipping depending on the order and its weight and the flight schedule from the UK to Tanzania. The item should not weight more that 50kg. However, if the item weight more than 50kg, it may take a little bit longer to arrive in Dar es salaam from one month to four months to arrive in Dar es salaam as it travel by sea freight shipping. To make you aware, the shipping will be handled by a Third Part insured by us but the control of shipping the items will be under the Third Part, we will therefore not be held responsible for but we will do our best to assist you with your concern. Once the product has arrived in Dar es salaam, the customer will be contacted either by email from the UK or by a representative based in Tanzania. We encourage our customers to collect their items in Dar es salaam but if you require the product to be sent to your home address, an additional cost will be added depending on distance from Dar es salaam as one of our representatives will have to travel with the item to your address to ensure safety. Another alternative, our representatives will pay additional cost for posting within Tanzania as a special delivery.
All the items shown are expected to be available for ordering but we cant guarantee that all items are available on ordering. Also due to high demands from our customers, the items may have been already ordered and finished. Our staff will do the best to replace the items and will inform you for any delay of your order or if the order is not available. If a customer has made an order and pay for it but it is not available, a full refund will be paid to the customer but be aware that money transaction fees may apply by (Bank, money transfer companies) as they are the Third Part, it is out of our control. Ordering requirement policy
